Front line Analysts are the beating heart of The Department. In the field doing hard science with all eight senses, an Analyst is responsible for field reconnaissance, tracking, identifying, and often cataloguing Anomalous activity first hand. A skilled Analyst can identify an irrational time signature amidst background noise while operating axiogramatic and stereospectrometry equipment.
Safe Analysis requires secure environments, and Department trained Containment Specialists can erect blackout barriers around Anomalous Incursions before deleterious effects bleed out into terrestrial biomes. Forklift certification is a plus.
With close ties to MSM institutions, the security of our terrestrial home requires strict confidentiality and control. Information Control Agents craft credible narratives, boost public morale, and ensure that those effected by Anomalous Activity are able to be credibly debriefed efficiently. Must be able to type 120 wpm.
The non-euclidean nature of Anomalous incursions requires a mind which itself is capable of compartmentalizing rational thought. Speculative Agents specialize in projection risk analysis, 5th and 6th dimensional extrapolation, and the theremin.
