MA0252 gained the attention of DOMA after local doctors claimed mass reports of ear ringing amongst the residents of the nearby community of ████. Agents established a field office and tracked an intense Torus signal east of the community, ████ miles from the forested area. Signal strength jumps exponentially within a 500 square foot patch of the quarantine zone. The signal fluctuates significantly, weakening at dawn and increasing at dusk.

Before falling silent, a concentrated mass of Torus signal was detected 50 feet directly above the speaker system. The speakers' electronic components self-destructed in the incident. Since this day, previously mentioned anomalies have ceased entirely and complaints from locals have paused. Site has been compromised. Low security and monitoring ongoing.
