On June 30th, 1908 a Cataclysmic extra-dimensional event rocked Eastern Siberia, dramatically effecting an area of over 2,000 km2. In the wake of this incident, a cabal of scientists from around the globe established a multi-national pact to study, catalogue, and process their findings, in the hopes of anticipating, predicting, and eventually preventing events such as this from occurring.
