A brief history of the
tunguska accords

To Study, Catalogue, and Process anomalous incursions

To ensure the safety and peace of our world, and protect against all forms of monstrous anomalies. To catalogue and contain objects of monstrous interest, and investigate monstrous conundra, coincidental paradoxes and enigma. Stemming the tide of incursions from extra-celestial bodies, parallel universes, and adjacent realities.

On June 30th, 1908 a Cataclysmic extra-dimensional event rocked Eastern Siberia, dramatically effecting an area of over 2,000 km2. In the wake of this incident, a cabal of scientists from around the globe established a multi-national pact to study, catalogue, and process their findings, in the hopes of anticipating, predicting, and eventually preventing events such as this from occurring. The resulting pact was formalized in the Tunguska Accords of 1909.

The Tunguska Accords, 1909 sets out to accomplish three main objectives:

Study Anomalous Incursions

The results of the public and multi-national consultation on this existential incursion into our dimension demonstrated a demand from the public for increased accountability and greater transparency on dimensional security matters. The Accords addresses this demand in a trans-lateral way.

Catalogue extra-dimensional threats

Citizens were clear in their desire, that they expected their rights and safety to be protected at the same time as their etheric security. The measures outlined in the Accords demonstrate how international Agencies address this cosmic incursion.

Process Monstrous Intent

As our understanding of the universe(s) around us evolve, so too have the legislative requirements and landscape to address Agencies abilities to process and implement findings based on Anomalous materials. The Accords strengthen international security while safeguarding the future against resonant incursions.

With Agency campuses located in key centers around the globe, The Department of Monstrous Anomalies stands ready for the challenges of the 21st century and beyond, be they terrestrial, extra-dimensional, or etheric in nature.
